Patients covered by dental insurance plans are advised to call the emergency number provided by their dental insurance company. This will not exclude them from accessing NHS services.

Signposting and appointment service
If you have a dental emergency and do not have a regular dentist, please call 03330 063 300.
Monday to Friday
If you qualify for treatment we will endeavour to get you an appointment in a dental practice close to your home.
Weekends and bank holidays
If you qualify for treatment, we will endeavour to get you an emergency appointment in a dental access centre located in Exeter, Barnstaple, Newton Abbot, Plymouth, Dorchester or Boscombe.
Dental waiting list
If you’re a resident of Devon or Cornwall and would like to be added to the NHS Dental waiting list please call 03330 063 300.
